Welcome to the team!

Family Counseling Center Welcomes New Staff members

The Family Counseling Center is happy to welcome ten new staff members during the second quarter of 2021. The group joins an organization focused on building a healthy community through support, engagement, and empowerment, and includes the following individuals:

  • Emily Blow, MHC
  • Emilia Hahn-Zollo, MSW
  • Kristen Hunt, MSW
  • Megan Seaman, MSW
  • Erin Smith, (L)MHC
  • Kelly Wentworth, MSW

They join an organization that has worked with the communities of Fulton County and surrounding areas for over forty years, and is currently transitioning into an expanded 27,500 sq. ft. space that, once complete, will house the Center’s 90+ employees under one roof, recognizing that clients benefit when programs are co-located.

“We are excited to welcome our new team members to the Family Counseling Center,” said Michael Countryman, Executive Director of the organization. “Their work is valued by us and by the clients they serve. Each of them is helping to build a healthy community.”

The Family Counseling Center of Fulton County has been serving the community since 1976 and ensures a broad range of superior, quality, evidence-based, behavioral support and social services to the community. The Center is licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health, providing services to children as young as five years old.
