Referral Information

At The Family Counseling Center, we make it easy to connect individuals and families with the care they need – when they need it.

As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), we provide a comprehensive network of behavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, recovery, crisis, and community support services designed to meet people wherever they are in their journey. From therapy and psychiatric care to peer support, case management, employment support, rehabilitation, and crisis response, our multidisciplinary team works together to address both clinical needs and the real-life barriers that often stand in the way of recovery.

We partner with healthcare providers, hospitals, schools, law enforcement agencies, social service organizations, and community agencies to ensure individuals receive timely, coordinated, person-centered care. With same-day access, no waitlist, and support regardless of insurance status, we help bridge gaps in care and connect people to the services they need to thrive.

When you refer to The Family Counseling Center, you’re not just connecting someone to a service – you’re connecting them to a team committed to removing barriers, coordinating care, and supporting long-term wellness.
