I need to speak with a person. Who do I talk to when I call?

If you call our main office (518) 725-4310 during business hours, you will speak to one of our trained Intake Representatives. They can assist you with any general questions you may have or transfer you to a department specific to your request. If you call the after-hours crisis hotline (518) 725-4310 Ext 999, you will speak to a trained crisis therapist.
