The Family Counseling Center recognizes that the heart, care, and dedication our clients receive are the result of the amazing staff members on our team – each one of whom works to ensure a welcoming environment for self-care and empowerment.

We also recognize that the work we do can easily drain our emotional well, leaving us exhausted and stressed. We are in the field of behavioral and mental health because we love our clients and we love the job itself.

Leadership at The Family Counseling Center are dedicated to staff engagement and creating a culture of care. Our efforts include staff-wide trainings, unique experiences, and a ton of food. Each month we present a calendar of events for our staff to participate in including Lunch & Learns, staff-wide competitions, and opportunities to be recognized and thanked.
