Important reminders for clients as we head back to school

Summer is quickly winding down and with it comes the (all too fast) approach of a new school year. As we all begin to gear up, the staff at The Family Counseling Center wanted to share a few important reminders for parents.

Do you need to change the time of your regular appointments?

Some of our clients (especially children) have been seen during daytime hours over the summer. Will you need to change your regular appointment to fall after school? If so, please let your provider know ASAP so that they can accommodate your needs into the schedule.

Does your child receive medications?

If your child needs to take medications at school, they will need a school note. Please do not wait until the last minute to ask your Med Provider for the note as it takes a little while to coordinate. Ask your Med Provider today to start the process.
