Family Counseling Center Announces Open Recruitment Day April 16, 2021
The Family Counseling Center will open its doors on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a recruitment day. Open positions are in the outpatient Behavioral Clinic and require proper qualifications including MSW, MHC, LMSW, LCSW, and LMHC. Sign-on bonuses of up to $3,000 will apply after a 90-day training period.

“We are excited to welcome qualified candidates to our recruitment day on April 16th,” said Michael Countryman, the organization’s Executive Director. “Applicants will have the option to either schedule virtual or in-person interviews at our expanded 11-21 Broadway location.”
The Family Counseling Center is in the midst of a major expansion and renovation effort. Phase-I of the project, an 18,500 sq. ft. addition was recently completed with Phase-II renovation work currently underway. The facility will house all clinical and administrative staff under one roof. The updated floorplan integrates program supervisors with their staff members and places Children’s Services and Health Coaching at the center, discouraging workplace silos.
